All prospective tenants undergo a credit history and criminal background check. Tenants must agree to abide by the Bluebird 58 Community Standards. Full application approval guidelines and community standards may be requested by email, or in writing by including a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Living Spaces
The entire property is smoke-free. No smoking is permitted inside or on the premises at any time.
There are two sizes ranging from 650 square feet to 750 square feet. Rent is between $715 and $755 per unit, and includes free community wireless Internet access and many other features. All units feature showers - no tubs, though!
